To ensure your personalized bag is crafted exactly as you envision, please review the following guidelines before placing your order.

For SKU Starting with SY

Our team will reach out to you via email to confirm your customization details after you place the order. To ensure the best result, please keep the following guidelines in mind:

  • Text Length: We recommend keeping your message within 10 characters for the best clarity. Ideally, this includes up to 10 lowercase letters or 5 uppercase letters. Please avoid using 2-3 letter abbreviations.
  • Placement: For optimal visual balance, we recommend placing the engraving on the bottom-right corner (front or back). Please note that we are unable to engrave in the top-center area near the handles due to machine limitations.
  • Size & Font: We offer two standard sizes, 4×1 cm or 2×2 cm, and recommend the Times New Roman font for its timeless and legible finish. Our artisans may make slight adjustments to ensure the text is perfectly aligned.

To ensure your order is processed smoothly, please keep an eye on your inbox. If you have selected our engraving service, our team will contact you to confirm the final design.

Response Time: We kindly ask that you reply to our confirmation email within 48 hours. If we do not receive your response within this timeframe, we will assume you would like to proceed without customization to avoid further shipping delays. In this case, we will refund your engraving fee and ship your order as a standard version.
