2We Make It Real

Our team will review your idea and assess whether it can be developed and produced.

If we can make it happen, we'll provide a Creation Fee quotation based on the size and complexity of your project.

The Creation Fee covers the development work required to transform your idea into a production-ready design, such as:

• Pattern development
• Prototyping and sampling
• Mold or tooling development, when required
• Production preparation
• Technical and craftsmanship adjustments

The final Creation Fee will be confirmed before development begins.

The Creation Fee covers the product development process only. The cost of producing the finished product is calculated separately based on the product type, materials, hardware, and customization options you choose.

Once your Creation Fee and product payment are confirmed, we'll begin bringing your idea to life.

3Choose How Your Creation Will Be Shared

Before development begins, you'll choose how your creation can be shared.

Community Release

Your creation becomes part of the Babylon community.

Your creation may be released for others to purchase through Babylon, and your Creator Name, Creator Story, and Design Inspiration can be featured on the product page.

Your idea. Your story. Shared with the community.

Anonymous Release

Your creation may be released for others to purchase through Babylon, while your identity remains private.

Your design inspiration may still be shared, but your personal identity will not be publicly displayed.

Your idea can inspire others, even if your name stays private.

Private Creation

This creation is yours alone.

Babylon will develop the product for you, but it will not be publicly released or offered for sale through Babylon.

Some ideas are simply meant to be yours.

Earn Creator Rewards

Creator Rewards

When you choose Community Release or Anonymous Release, your creation may be selected for public release through Babylon.

If your creation is approved for public release and sold through Babylon, you'll receive:

10% of Net Revenue for the first 24 months after launch.

Net Revenue means the amount received by Babylon from qualifying sales after refunds and other payment adjustments, where applicable...

Your Creation Your Credit

With Community Release, your Creator Name, Story, and Design Inspiration may be featured alongside your product.

If you choose Anonymous Release, your identity will remain private.

You remain recognized as the original creator, while Babylon receives the commercial rights required to produce and sell released products.

• + Do I need to be a professional designer?

  No. You don't need professional design skills or technical drawings. You can start with a sketch, reference images, or simply explain your idea.

• + How much does it cost to develop a new product?

  The cost includes two parts: the Creation Fee for product development and the cost of the finished product.

  The Creation Fee depends on the size and complexity of your idea. As a general guide, small bags and accessories start from $300, medium bags from $500, and large bags or luggage from $1,000. Actual pricing depends on the complexity of the project.

  The finished product cost depends on the product type, materials, hardware, and customization options selected.

• + Do I have to make my creation available to others?

  No. You can choose Private Creation if you want your product to be made exclusively for you.

• + What happens if I choose Community Release or Anonymous Release?

  If your creation is approved for public release, Babylon may produce and sell it through its official channels. You will receive 10% of Net Revenue for the first 24 months after launch.

• + When do I start earning Creator Rewards?

  Creator Rewards begin from the first qualifying sale after your product is publicly released. There is no minimum sales requirement.

• + What is the difference between Community Release and Anonymous Release?

  Both allow Babylon to commercially release your creation. With Community Release, your identity can be credited publicly. With Anonymous Release, your identity remains private.

• + Can Babylon make changes to my design?

  Some technical adjustments may be necessary to improve durability, craftsmanship, or manufacturability. We will respect the core idea and creative direction of your original design.

• + What happens if my product is reported for intellectual property infringement?

  If your released product is found to infringe another party's intellectual property rights, Babylon may remove it from sale and stop all related Creator Rewards. The Creator may also be responsible for any legal claims, losses, or costs arising from the infringement.

• + Who owns the rights to my creation？

  You remain the original creator of your idea and design. For products selected for public release, you grant Babylon the commercial rights needed to produce, market, and sell the product through Babylon channels.
