When placing your order, you can select your preferred thread color using the link above. Our craftsmen will hand sew your bag with the chosen thread.
Return Policy
Since each finished bag is custom-made, we cannot accept returns or exchanges once production has started.
Regarding our hand-stitching service:
We hand-stitch each bag with care, giving it a unique, handcrafted character. Processing usually takes 3–5 days.
Hand-sewn items may feature subtle variations, making each piece unique. Returns or exchanges are not accepted unless there is a quality issue.

Processing Time
Each bag requires careful hand stitching. Please allow 3–8 business days for processing before your order is shipped.
Shipping Method
Finished bags cannot be shipped via VIP Express Delivery. They will be sent through standard shipping, with an estimated delivery time of 6–12 business days.
Engraving Orders
To ensure timely shipment, engraving details must be confirmed within 24–48 hours; otherwise, the order will ship without engraving and the engraving fee will be refunded.
