Order Processing Time

Most orders are processed within 1–3 business days.

Custom orders, personalized items, or products requiring additional preparation may require extra processing time. If there is any significant delay, we will contact you directly.

Business days do not include weekends or public holidays.

Customs, Duties & Taxes

Standard Shipping

For most destinations, our logistics arrangements generally allow packages to be delivered without additional import duties, VAT, or customs-related charges being collected from customers. However, customs policies vary by country, and Babylon Leather cannot guarantee that additional charges will never be assessed by local authorities.

VIP Shipping

Import duties, VAT, customs clearance fees, brokerage fees, storage fees, or other charges imposed by local customs authorities are not included in the VIP Shipping fee.

If customs clearance assistance is required, the recipient may be contacted directly by the courier or local customs authority.

Any customs-related charges are the responsibility of the recipient.

Failure to cooperate with customs clearance or refusal to pay required charges may result in delays, return shipping fees, storage fees, destruction of the package, or other costs imposed by the carrier or customs authority.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email containing tracking information.

Tracking updates may take 24–72 hours to appear after the package is handed over to the carrier.

  • + Incorrect Address Information

    If an incorrect or incomplete address causes delivery failure, return fees, re-shipping fees, or related charges may apply.

  • + Lost or Damaged Packages

    Please carefully inspect the condition of the package before signing for delivery.

    If the outer packaging appears visibly damaged, opened, torn, crushed, water-damaged, resealed, or shows any other signs of tampering or abnormal handling, please do not accept the package and refuse delivery immediately.

    To help support any investigation or claim, please retain as much evidence as possible, including:

    • Photos of the damaged outer packaging
    • Photos of the shipping label and tracking information
    • Photos of any damaged contents (if applicable)
    • Any damage reports, delivery exception records, or refusal documentation provided by the carrier

    If your package is lost in transit or arrives with visible shipping damage, we strongly recommend contacting the local carrier as soon as possible to initiate a claim or investigation.

    You are also welcome to send the relevant photos, documentation, and your order number to us. We will gladly assist in coordinating with the carrier, support the investigation process, and provide an appropriate solution based on the investigation results.
