Finished Size and Recommended Leather Usage

Finished Size: 12.5cm x 19cm x 2cm Due to differences in craftsmanship and materials, the final dimensions may vary by 1-2cm, which is within the normal range of error.

Recommended Leather Usage: Approximately 2 square feet (for reference only). For a better crafting experience and finished project, we recommend using top grain leather or full grain leather. Depending on the project, you can choose different types, textures, and thicknesses of leather. Check out Babylon's high-quality cowhide series for more options.

Instructions

Follow these simple steps to craft your own high-quality leather project:

1.Prepare the Leather: Determine the leather according to our recommendations or your own preference.

2.Cutting and Punching: Use the provided pattern to trace and cut out the leather pieces. The pattern includes pre-punched holes, so you don't need to measure the spacing yourself.

3.Edge and Surface Treatment: Depending on the leather type, treat the edges and surface accordingly. Vegetable-tanned leather may require surface treatment, while smooth leather or nubuck leather might only need light surface work. Waxed leather may only need a simple wipe.

4.Sewing and Assembly: Prepare needle and thread, and sew the pieces together. Attach the recommended hardware, including Purse Thumb Lock, D-Ring, Lobster Snap Hook.
