Oblique Hole
This kit uses oblique holes for visible stitches and round holes where the stitches will be hidden after assembly, making those areas easier to sew.
Round holes are easy to see and stitch. Oblique holes are less visible and take more care, but help create neat, angled stitches.
Oblique holes can be hard to see. For this version, we don’t recommend thread that matches the leather, as it makes stitching even more difficult.

Double-Sided Cowhide Shoulder Strap
The strap features a reinforced inner layer that helps it hold its shape and resist stretching when the bag is loaded. Carry the bag by its top handle or with the strap.
Reinforced Bag Handle
A built-in core helps the handle retain its shape and provides a sturdy, comfortable grip.
Durable Hardware
The alloy hardware has a thick, even plated finish that helps resist everyday scratches and retain its color and shine.

A protective film is applied to the hardware to prevent scratches during shipping. Remove the film to reveal the hardware’s actual color and finish.

Can I really make this bag myself?

No worries! First, check all packaging—tiny parts can be tucked away or accidentally discarded. Then take clear photos of everything you received and email them to customer service. We’ll work with Lloyd to ship any missing parts as quickly as possible.
Can I get a replacement if something is damaged or lost?
If the item is missing or has a manufacturing defect, we’ll replace it as soon as you contact us. If it’s damaged or lost after delivery, a small fee for the item and shipping may apply according to our standard rates.
Can I buy extra thread or replacement parts?

I received fewer piping strips than expected. Is my kit missing pieces?
No, your kit likely includes the correct number of piping strips for your version. Round-hole kits (such as Lindy, Picotin, or Birkin bags) only require one strip per outside edge, so you may see fewer strips than tutorials for oblique-hole versions, which use more.
Important: Before starting, please make sure the tutorial title and content exactly match your kit’s version. This ensures that the piping length and placement are correct. If you’ve already followed an oblique-hole tutorial and cut the piping for the bottom edge, you can contact us to purchase extra piping strips for a small additional charge. If you haven’t cut the piping yet, simply unsew and adjust according to the correct round-hole tutorial.
