Follow these simple steps to craft your own high-quality leather project:
- Prepare the Leather: Determine the leather according to our recommendations or your own preference.
- Cutting and Punching: Use the provided pattern to trace and cut out the leather pieces. The pattern includes pre-punched holes, so you don't need to measure the spacing yourself.
- Edge and Surface Treatment: Depending on the leather type, treat the edges and surface accordingly. Vegetable-tanned leather may require surface treatment, while smooth leather or nubuck leather might only need light surface work. Waxed leather may only need a simple wipe.
- Sewing and Assembly: Prepare needle and thread, and sew the pieces together following the pattern guidelines. Attach the recommended hardware, including Purse Thumb Lock, Zipper, Square Connector Strap Ring, Rivet, Lobster Snap Hook. Adjust the bag's shape as needed.
