Order Processing Times
DIY Kits: Shipped within 1-3 business days. Some may take longer due to production schedules, and we will notify you if this happens.
Patterns, Hardware, Leather, and Tools: Shipped within 2-6 business days.
You’ll receive a confirmation email with tracking once your order is processed. Delivery times may vary; for the latest updates, contact us.
Shipping Methods and Fees
DIY Kits: Free shipping on all orders.
Other Products: FREE shipping on orders over $15; small fee for orders below $15. Orders typically arrive in 6-10 business days after shipment.
30-Day Returns and Exchanges
You may return most new, unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund. If the return is due to our error (incorrect or defective item), we’ll cover the return shipping costs.
Expect your refund within four weeks of returning the package, though it may be processed sooner. This includes time for shipping, return processing, and your bank's refund handling
